At StartaRide, you have full control over your personal information. If you would like to delete your account and all personal data associated with it, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Two options available
You may request deletion of your data in two ways:
Option 1: Delete Your Account Inside the App
- Open the StartaRide app
- Go to Profile / Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
Once confirmed:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All personal information, trip history, and profile data will be removed
from our systems:
- This process cannot be undone
Option 2: Request Data Deletion by Email
You may also send a deletion request to:

(or another real email you prefer)
Please include the following:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number associated with your StartaRide
account
- A statement requesting "full account and data deletion"
We will complete your request within 7 business days, and you will receive confirmation once your data has been removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is processed, StartaRide will delete:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Uploaded documents
- Trip history (rides, requests, payments)
- Saved routes & preferences
- Communication logs
- Any data stored on our servers that is associated with your profile
What Data May Be Temporarily Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required by:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Financial or audit requirements
This data will be securely stored and deleted as soon as legally permitted.
